These jobs need a real walk-through.

Foundation repair, full buildouts, and remodels can't be priced from a square footage number. Site conditions, structural decisions, and scope changes too much from job to job. We come out, look at it, and give you a real number — not a guess.

Foundation Repair

A 1940s home, brought back from the edge.

The original footing was failing on one side of the house. Most contractors won't take this on — it requires shoring the structure, excavating tight to the home, pouring new footings, and tying it all back into the existing build without cracking finishes upstairs.

We did the full scope in-house. Excavation, shoring, structural, concrete, restoration. No subcontractor finger-pointing.

Commercial Buildout

An empty shell turned into a working yoga studio.

Full commercial buildout — framing, drywall, electrical coordination, flooring, finishes. The kind of project that usually requires three different vendors and a project manager riding herd on all of them.

Hillier ran the whole job. The owner walked into a finished space, ready to open on schedule.

Deck Rebuild

A failing deck, rebuilt to last.

The old deck had reached end of life — soft boards, failing rails, and a step setup that wasn't safe. We tore it down, rebuilt the substructure, ran new decking, and added powder-coated metal rails for a finish that won't need re-staining every other summer.

The kind of straightforward job that still benefits from a licensed crew. Code-compliant rails, proper footings, real flashing where the deck meets the house.

Foundation and structural

Foundation repair, settlement issues, structural reframes, retaining walls. The work that needs an engineer's stamp and a contractor who can actually execute it.

Tenant improvements, full interior buildouts, retail and small office conversions. One GC running the schedule from permit to certificate of occupancy.

03

Decks and additions

Deck rebuilds, room additions, garage conversions, ADUs. Permit-pulled, code-compliant, built to outlast the next owner.
