Excavation Estimator

Get a real range in two minutes.

Block pricing for residential and small commercial digs. Final number locked in after a free walk-through to confirm site access and conditions.

Step 1

How big is the job?

Pick the block that fits your project. Don't worry if Byron finishes early — block pricing covers mobilization, fuel, and equipment delivery, not just hours on site.

Step 2

What are the site conditions?

Soil type and access affect how much actual digging gets done in a block. Be honest — better to flag complexity now than have a surprise on day one.

Step 3

Need haul-away?

Dirt, debris, demo material, stumps. We handle disposal at $150 per ton. If you don't need haul-away, skip this step.

Wacker Neuson mini-excavator on site
Equipment

The right size machine for the job.

A Wacker Neuson ET20 mini-excavator. Small enough to fit through a standard gate, strong enough to handle most residential and small commercial work — drainage, footings, foundation digs, stump removal, and demo.

If your job needs bigger iron, we'll tell you up front and bring in the right equipment. We don't oversell the machine to fit the job.

Mini-excavator working in tight backyard space
Tight Access

Backyards, side yards, behind the fence.

Most excavation contractors won't bid jobs they can't drive a full-size machine to. We will. The mini fits where bigger crews can't, which means we can work in backyards without tearing out fences or disturbing landscaping more than we have to.

If the gate opens 4 feet wide, we're getting in.
